Applicants who have been selected will be expected to read and sign the Artstryngs Gallery and/or Studio License Agreement in order to have their work on display and to sell at the event. If you would like to read over the agreement prior to submitting work please contact us and we will gladly send you a copy to review! Artwork will be selected based on originality, creativity, and alignment with the theme and format of the event. Please note that depending on the number of submissions, our curation process, and other factors, not all submitted applications are guaranteed entrance into our event.
Applicants will be responsible for Booth set up, breakdown, display equipment, staffing during event hours and handling all sales. No commissions will be collected by Artstryngs Gallery on individual sales. Gallery has a limited inventory of furnishings and equipment that may be available for use. Items to be hung on walls must conform to Gallery Installation guidelines for acceptable hardware.
You will be notified by email at least 1 week prior to your requested date regarding your acceptance status to the event. I
